My name is Vivian Swart and I have practically grown up with, and looked after dogs my entire life and can only imagine what it is like when you and your dog have to be separated for whatever reason that may be. I have also been struggling to find dog caring facilities that were able to offer me that 'little bit extra' it be reassurance or luxury, so with that in mind I have decided to set up 'mutts & munchkins'. This way I can offer you fellow dog owners the same peace of mind that I myself was craving so much. No kennels, just fun and lots of fuss and of course the best of care and attention is what I would like to offer your hounds. And to you the owner I aim to offer complete & utter peace of mind as a 'mutts & munchkins' stay' should be nothing but a relaxing experience for both.

 

I aim to provide the same high standard of care, no matter how short or long your dog's stay and will do my utmost to make everyone feel happy, safe, comfortable, at ease and of course special in a most loving and homely and dare I say luxurious environment.

I will stick to individual routines as much as I possibly can and walks are tailored to size and breed/age. Feeding times are always supervised or can be separate if necessary, private sleeping areas can be provided for and, your dogs will, of course, have the run of our home and securely gated and fenced (7 acre) grounds.

 

Plenty of super-comfy dog beds from 'cloud7', plush blankets, an extra large and plump sofa in a designated play-room featuring a state of the art home monitor, lots of toys and of course exclusive complimentary biscuits from 'aston's cookies' and 'biscuiteers' all come as standard. And should your dog be staying with us on his or her birthday, then we can offer a special 'party-treatment' with a real home-made (dog safe) 'pup' cake with a birthday photo/video-update (inclusive of party-hat-and festive bunting via e-mail) at no extra cost!

 

Last but not least I'd like to note that apart from 'host' hounds Dougal & Daisy, there are no other domestic pets (or children) to chase and that I, Vivian, run 'mutts & munchkins' from home only, so I can devote myself utterly to looking after your companions. Also do I endeavour to never leave any dogs unattended nor on their own at any time during their stay with us.
